Never be ashamed to ask for help

Holidays are the worse; you miss your family, your children (hint: call or email them), your friends and you may feel isolated; please don't despair; you can call someone; anyone; email someone; if you don't have anyone to email; email me; I'm here for you always; I get thousands of emails a year and I always answer all of them; why? Because you matter to me.

Suicide is painless, it brings on many changes, and I can take or leave it if I please, over the years you would think it was a hobby; tried many times, never really wanting do die, just wanting to kill the pain, the memories, the horror of it all. If you are looking for Lizzy`s Dedication Video click here In an effort to keep up with ongoing Connection, Hosting, and Maintenance cost, we've now added a WordPress Blog -- which you can purchase for your own personal use, and at the same time, help to support the Vets Help Center. (See Our: Blogs Tab). Also, we offer a 30 day free trial of our Blog Service. All you have to do is ask, and we will set your account up for you.

If you can't afford a donation now but would still like a blog not a problem; we would rather give you a voice for free then make you feel obligated to paying a donation you can't afford; you are more important to us than money; money only pays bills; you are the only reason we have this site; without you there is no reason to continue this work.

Donations to Vets Help Center

Please keep in mind that my site is totally supported by your generous and important donations -- without which the Vets Help Center would not be possible. If you find value in the information I've gathered here, along with all of the great videos, please try and make a small donation to help keep this site going; it help vets and disabled vets.

For All US Vets By Rick Miller for Vets Help Center

Mission Statement:

To get you the links to places you need to know about and information that no one else will tell you.

This web site is not about one man, but to tell a story it is easier to tell it from your own perspective, and that is what I am doing here, telling my story. I do not care if you believe any of it at all, history was written by those with money and power and wars were fought by those that did not. I find Articles and Videos to help tell that story, I do not know much about Copy Rights, so I try my best to link back to the original and give credit to those people, so if I step on your tows, please email me and give me the full details so I can update any material here.

The VA has determined that 250,000 troops are now permanently disabled, 15,000 are dead, and over 425,000 are ill and slowly dying from what the Department of Defense still calls a “mystery disease”. How many more will have to die before action is taken?

We learned three lessons from 911:
  1. United We Stand.
  2. United`s We Fall.
An ever increasing practice in the US is to give out Business cards or Advertise with the US Flag and slogs like "We support our troops" when in reality they would rather spit on us; I have a section for People and Business's like this here; if you know of any please email me with all the details and I'll add them to my list.

What can I do here:

I highly suggest you watch Beyond Treason, for the last word on Gulf War Syndrome, an eye opening documentary.

I also suggest that you avail yourself of my Favorite-Related-Links page, for additional help, info and support, by going here.

Who I AM:
Hi, my name is Jeff Flesher, and I've seen War up close, with all its ugliness, and cold brutality, most of which I'd just as soon not ever think about or be reminded of again - but that's a luxury I'll never have, because once you've seen it up close, and taken part in it, your forever changed by it, consequently, forgetting is no longer an option.

I'm also a Disabled Gulf War Vet, and have dedicated the rest of my life too learning as much as I can about Gulf War Syndrome, or Gulf War Illness, and less about being Politically Correct.

I’m currently seeking a cure for Gulf War Syndrome, absent that, at least a way to live with it, and have personally had it for around 18 years now, since Nov 1990 - to be more accurate. My primary goal is to educate Gulf War Syndrome Survivors about what other choices may be available to them concerning what to do about it - so feel free to email me, Jeff Flesher, if you require further assistance, about the content at my site.

I have GWS, TMJ (TMJD), ADJD, PTSD, Depression, Anxiety and brain damage; I was exposed to Depleted Uranium (DU), Lead and Mercury in the water supply as a result of my Military duties and consider myself one of the unlucky ones who lived through it, and now everyday is just an ordeal to get through the pain. .. the pain of it all.

My Military Background:

I've been to Iraq, Kuwait and Korea; flown around the world in both directions. I started out as an (E)F111 Computer Specialist working on the Attack Radar and Terrain Following Computers, during the first part of Gulf War I, then as a Helicopter Crew chief on a H-53 Jolly Green Giant in Special Ops, Black Knights Squadron; (I was a Black Knight, or a Special Knight in Black Ops); and also on H-60 Pave Hawks (Black Pave Hawks) in Combat Air Rescue.

My site, Vets Help Center, is for everyone, whether you were in the Air Force, Army, Navy, Marines or for the other side (all vets and everyone are welcome here; please don't be offended; I have a blog on this issue; after reading it I'm sure you will agree; we are all people of this planet and time heals all wounds; "In Space: All Warriors are Cold Warriors":), served in any War; be it the Desert Storm, Gulf War I or II, Vietnam, Korea, WW1 or WW2; if you have Gulf War Syndrome (GWS) AKA Gulf War Illness, or have been exposed to BZ, Anthrax, BT, or Agent Orange; or your just interested. come one, come all, all are welcome here.

This Web site is dedicated to all Vets of all Wars on both sides.

"Gulf War Syndrome Survivors" never have a nice day.

Sincerely
Jeffery Flesher
